Die Standard-Ansteuerung für elektronische Vorschaltgeräte (EVG) für Leuchtstofflampen ist die 1-10V Steuerung. Während bei der Bühnenlichtsteuerung die Lichtstärke mit der Ansteuerspannung heraufgeregelt wird, wird bei dieser Ansteuerung die Lichtstärke von 100 % auf bis zu 1 %* heruntergeregelt – die Funktionsweise (und damit auch die Stromrichtung des Ansteuersignales) ist sozusagen „umgekehrt“.
Analoge EVGs lassen sich über die 1-10V Schnittstelle bis zum Minimalpegel herunterdimmen, aber nicht ausschalten. Zum Ausschalten muss die Netzspannung abgeschaltet werden. Dazu verfügt der DMX Demultiplexer 3044B-H zusätzlich über 4 geschaltete Netzausgänge. Einzelne EVGs können direkt angeschlossen werden, bei mehreren angeschlossenen EVGs muss gegebenenfalls ein Kleinschutz als Leistungsschalter zwischengeschaltet werden.

1 bis 4 Kanäle
Der Decoder 3044B-H arbeitet als 4-Kanal-Gerät (z. B. für Anwendungen RGBW). Jeder Ausgang ist mit zu 50 EVG belastbar, wobei hier pro EVG ein Steuerstrom von ca. 0,5mA gerechnet wird (typische Werte für z. B. OSRAM EVG). Verwenden Sie andere EVGs, prüfen Sie bitte die technischen Daten der EVGs und korrigieren Sie die Anzahl bei höherer Strombelastung entsprechend.
Das Gerät ist zur Montage auf DIN-Tragschiene vorgesehen und optimal für Schaltschrankeinbau geeignet.

[restab title=”ENGLISH”] The standard control voltage for electronic ballasts is a 1-10V control voltage with control current being drawn ouf of the ballast (active load, no passive load). While analog control (0-10V) used in entertainment lighting ramps up darkness to brightness, that is from 0V (0%) (idle state) to 10V (100%), architectural lighting control ramps down from 100% (10V, idle state) to 1%(1V): from brightness to darkness. Do not try to measure the control voltage without ballast connected: this will not work, since the ballast feeds the control circuitry.
1 to 4 SLOTS
The decoder 3044B-H is a four-channel decoder and can drive up 50 ballast (assuming a control current of 0,5mA per ballast). Some manufacturers specify higher drive currents for their ballast. In this case, please adjust the number of ballasts connected to each output accordingly.
Since analog electronic ballasts cannot be switched off using the control interface, power must be removed to switch off the lamp at DMX level zero. That’s why the 3044B-H features four electronically switched mains outputs to supply power to the ballasts. This will work for single ballasts; when driving multiple ballasts per output use a power contactor to switch the supply line.
The decoder mounts on DIN rail 35mm and is optimally suited for electric cabinets.
